Delta Head Start uses text messaging to communicate important information to Head Start families. By signing this form, I authorize Delta Head Start to send text messages to the mobile phone number provided below.
TYPES OF TEXT MESSAGES
I understand that I may receive text messages regarding Head Start program updates, reminders, attendance, enrollment, events, classroom/center information, and emergency or urgent notices.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY & RATES
Message frequency will vary based on program needs and my participation in Delta Head Start. Message and data rates may apply according to my mobile carrier plan. Delta Head Start is not responsible for wireless carrier charges.
VOLUNTARY CONSENT & PRIVACY
I understand that my consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of enrollment or receipt of services from Delta Head Start.
Delta Head Start respects the privacy and confidentiality of families. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold or rented and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
HOW TO OPT OUT
I may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Delta Head Start text message. I may also contact Delta Head Start to request removal from text messaging. I understand that opting out may prevent me from receiving program reminders, notifications, and emergency messages by text.

5. How to Opt Out
You may stop receiving Delta Head Start text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Delta Head Start text message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages through the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.
You may also contact Delta Head Start directly to request removal from text messaging.
